I rockers bolognesi Rain, a breve distanza dall’uscita del loro ultimo singolo inedito ‘A New Tomorrow’, il 2 maggio scorso, pubblicheranno il 27 giugno la cover del brano ‘Peace Sells’ dei Megadeth, loro personale tributo alla band guidata da Dave Mustaine, che si esibirà in Italia, al Rock The Castle 2022, proprio il giorno prima di quello previsto per la release.
La scelta di questa cover, a detta del batterista Gunner “Nasce dalla grande ammirazione di tutti noi per i Megadeth, una band che è sempre stata una profonda fonte di ispirazione, che ha attraversato diversi decenni senza mai abbassare la qualità della sua proposta musicale, e abbracciando nei propri testi tematiche anche profonde e importanti, come nel brano in questione”.

The italian rockers Rain, soon after the release of their last single ‘A New Tomorrow’, will publish on June 27th their personal version of ‘Peace Sells’ by Megadeth, a tribute to the band ruled by Dave Mustaine, which will play a show in Italy at Rock The Castle 2022, just the day before of this release.
About the choice of this cover the drummer Gunner said “We’ve always been huge fans of a band that has always been such a deep source of inspiration and admiration, crossing decades with amazing music and significant lyrics, just like Peace Sells’ ones are”.
